Refund Policy and Key Features
- The monthly fee includes Eid holidays, and they are non-refundable.
- Missed classes are non-refundable, but make-up sessions are available.
- We offer a refund of the monthly fee if a student withdraws before the start of the month. However, once classes begin and a student attends a session or remains absent without prior notice to the admin, no refund will be issued.
- Students wishing to stop classes must notify us via our office email before the start of the month. If no prior notice is given, the full monthly fee will be charged.
- Quran class packages are based on time, not course completion.
- After the free trial, payment is charged in advance monthly.
