Refund Policy
- If a student withdraws before the beginning of the month, Quran Learning Platform will reimburse the full amount of the online Quran learning fee. However, if the student attended one session or skipped any without informing the administrator, the refund will not be considered once the classes have been confirmed.
- Before the month begins, any student who wishes to discontinue their online Quran classes must notify the Quran Learning Platform via our office email. However, he must pay the entire monthly cost if he fails to notify before the month begins.
- Any student who wishes to take a leave of absence for more than a month must notify us via formal email before the start of the month; otherwise, the full month’s tuition will be assessed.
- Public holidays and absences without prior warning are not eligible for refunds.
